The trend of www is moving so fast until now I am really abit scare of catchin up all these toys of the www.
I just managed to try out the Adobe Flex 3 beta which downloaded from labs.adobe.com.

It is not something new but many does not know about it yet. It is something more that Adobe Flash, which is a web development tools for application sitting on Flash and other web programming language. I just try it out with my most prefered PHP language. It works really great..

It successfully posting data via the mxml+swf file to php and return back with data accordingly(something like ajax but it is using Flash interface which is more nice and interactive). What a wonderful toy for creating rich media web-base application…
As well. Adobe also launched its new Adobe Air, yet another API for creating rich desktop application such as gadgets using its own AIR SDK. I just tried one of its popular desktop gadget…KULER. A online color scheme library:

With this KULER, you can now refer to any nice color scheme published by Adobe users on the www for your design.
Beside, Adobe also pre-released its Ajax Spry Framework for web. Which containt some sort of js script for interface effects. Something just like leightbox, prototype, mootools and etc.
Tired~..so many things to learn with …. have a look yourself at labs.adobe.com
Microsoft also come out with labs…@ labs.live.com.

They also wont just "look and see" only. They also have their new upcoming toys: Expression, www.microsoft.com/expression, and Silverlight, www.microsoft.com/silverlight

MS Expression Web, which is targeting the market of Dreamweaver or Flex users for rich www web application design and development. MS Expression Blend which is targeting the market of Flash users for rich interactive online media. MS Expression Design which is targeting the market of Illustrator/Photoshop users.
WTF..so many things.. how to catch up….
In their Labs, they come out with many code name for their new toys.. something just like Volta, Listas…etc..

Dont you feel that the icon is a bit similar to….

…similar to those Open Source software icon… come on la Microsoft…
As well as its Listas…

About the Listas..i am wondering.. what is it used for.. the slogan "Create Lists to share or for yourself" …. or for Microsoft used…i am wondering…
Yet another labs… labs.mozilla.org…
so many labs

But they have something really attractive …

Prism is an application that lets users split web applications out of their browser and run them directly on their desktop. You will understand by looking at the diagram below.

Now you see.. there are so much things need to catch up….
I was travellin to KL with Icelyn and my family over the last weekend. We managed to visit the Sky Bridge at Petronas Twin Towers during the tour. We woke up around 7am something in the morning and reached at the ticket counter around 8am after having our breakfast.
By the time we reached, there were lots of tourists, those am mo, and some local ppl like us. The queue was so long until it had to make a few turning in order to fit in the small hall in front of the ticket counter.

We were told that each of the person can get 5 tickets so my brother and i were staying in the queue to get the entire 6 tickets that we needed.

Finally, the ticket counter opened at around 8.30 and started to give everyone in the queue a piece of paper that filled with the total of tickets required.
Ticket counter finally distributed the tickets of the day around 9pm. We got the ticket for the session of 12.15pm(each session is 15 minutes) and we had to came back later on. (had to wake up early and stand in the queue just to get the ticket.. I am a bit blur on the spot due to not enough sleeping..).
We came back to the entrance area around 12pm as they said early 10 minutes before the session. (else if miss the session will need to queue again the next day).
We were brought to a mini theatre and each of us was given a 3D specs which later on will enable us to view the show in 3D mode.

The show was about some introduction to Petronas, Twin Towers, and etc (those show of things la). But it was quite nice especially when it was showing the step by step construction of Twin Towers from the foundation until the SkyBridge was `plug` in between it in 3D view.

After the show, we were urshered to a big lift and went up to level 41 with very high speed. I could feel some atmosphere pressure in my ears while altitude was increasing.
Finally we reached the level 41 and started our SkyBridge tour. We were told that only a few minutes time were given for viewing and photo shooting thus without `wasting` any more time enjoying the scenery, most of the time we were actually looking towards our camera for photo shooting…

After the `few minutes` tour, we were urged to move down in order to give space for the people from another session..
Overall, i feel great that i had finally visited the SkyBridge! As a Malaysian, at least i had done it once.
